Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Portside at Grande Dunes. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and upkeep of our community buildings and grounds. You will perform general maintenance operations, including electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, heating and cooling, structural, grounds care, and parking area maintenance. You will also ensure timely response to resident requests for services and maintain accurate records of equipment and services performed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum two to three years of experience in maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical or HVAC
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Physical ability to push loaded cart and use vacuum cleaner, buffer, and carpet cleaning machines
