PT Driver

The Driver is responsible for maintaining the van and chauffeuring the residents to various activities and events in a safe manner. The Driver may be responsible for establishing and monitoring weekly/daily transportation schedule as requested by supervisor.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED at a minimum
• Must have a clean driving record
• Completion of drug testing and criminal record background check upon hire and upon request of supervisor
• Must have a valid drivers' license sufficient to drive the company vehicle
• Must have valid CDL license if required
