Sales Director - Senior Living

We are seeking a Sales Director to maintain or exceed budgeted occupancy and revenue in our senior living community. The Sales Director will be responsible for internal and external sales functions, including lead generation and closing sales. They will develop and execute sales and marketing plans, utilize a lead management system, and supervise sales associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Minimum of five years of relevant senior living industry experience with proven results
• Proficient in computer utilization including: Windows, Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM database systems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and proficiency with email processes and etiquette
