The Digital Marketing Intern plays a central role within the Marketing and Communications team by helping with a wide range of projects, campaigns, and initiatives, and by providing administrative and day-to-day support for the Marketing team.
Requirements
- Assist the Marketing team with digital calendar, CRM / social copy, assets, and real-time needs.
- Work with our team's graphic designer and help manage the design, production and trafficking of branding and marketing materials.
- Project manage various event and campaign timelines.
- Support storytelling by gathering content for newsletters, social media and the website.
- Support in content development, drafting and ideation for campaigns and evergreen needs.
- Follow-up with external partners including our creative firms on deliverables / deadlines.
- Ideate new business endeavors helping brainstorm new concepts, partnerships, media opportunities.
- Take notes in meetings with summaries + actionable item points for each Marketing team member to act on.
- Organize + manage photo, PR clips, video assets in the company's archives in Google Drive.
- Work on editing any photos for social use (that have not been shared).
- Standards: Display knowledge of the brand, culture, and product.
