Job Description
Gradle is seeking a Field Engineer to connect its product to customers, advocate new approaches, and work with Sales, Sales Engineering, Product Management, and Engineering to uncover new opportunities and shape the product's evolution.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience working in Field Engineering, Platform Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting or a combination of these
- Hands-on experience as a software engineer
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered products, agentic workflows, or LLM-based tooling
- Strong work ethic and can-do attitude
