Branch Team Lead

We're looking for a Branch Team Lead to support our branch leadership in a facility with 2-10 team members. The role involves providing peer-to-peer coaching, exceptional customer service, and supporting the branch team with preparation of customer quotes and orders. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, sales, and people development, with experience in a related field and leadership skills. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $23.74-$32.64, plus incentives. The role requires the ability to adapt to shifting demands and competing priorities, and to understand and articulate the vision of Grainger to all team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of customer service and sales experience
• Leadership experience
• Ability to adapt to shifting demands and competing priorities
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to safely learn and operate powered industrial equipment
