Cloud Operations Engineer (L2+) - Multi-Cloud Environments

Gramian Consultancy is looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer (Level 2+) to support and maintain multi-cloud public infrastructure environments for enterprise customers. The role will involve providing technical support, managing incidents, operating and maintaining cloud infrastructures, and collaborating with project teams. The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree, a minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud operations, strong hands-on experience with Linux in cloud-hosted environments, and exposure to multi-cloud ecosystems.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud operations or similar roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux in cloud-hosted environments
• Exposure to multi-cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP, OCI, OVH, Azure)
• Familiarity with ITIL-based service management practices
