Cloud Operations Engineer (L2+) - Multi-Cloud Environments

We are looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer (Level 2+) to support and maintain multi-cloud public infrastructure environments for enterprise customers. The role involves providing technical support, managing incidents, and performing daily operational activities. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Linux in cloud-hosted environments, exposure to multi-cloud ecosystems, and familiarity with ITIL-based service management practices.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud operations or similar roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux in cloud-hosted environments
• Exposure to multi-cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP, OCI, OVH, Azure)
• Familiarity with ITIL-based service management practices
