Job Description
Grand Fitness Partners is seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service, promote our Judgement Free Zone, and uphold club policies. Responsibilities include greeting members, resolving concerns, and performing membership-related functions.
Requirements
- 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred
- Must be 18 years of age
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to continuously talk in person or on the phone during shift
