Job Description
We are seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests. As a key member of our team, you will promote our Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor, offering assistance, and showing support in their fitness journeys.
Requirements
- 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred
- Must be 18 years of age
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to continuously talk in person or on the phone during shift
