Job Description
As a Front Desk Sales Associate, you will provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests while ensuring an exceptional “Judgement Free” experience! You will be responsible for greeting members and guests, promoting our Judgement Free Zone, resolving member concerns, and performing membership related functions.
Requirements
- 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred
- Must be 18 years of age
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to continuously talk in person or on the phone during shift
- Will occasionally encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
