Job Description
We are seeking a Shift Leader to supervise fellow coworkers, monitor performance, and ensure satisfaction. The Shift Leader will maintain high performance and quality standards, guaranteeing a welcoming environment for our members.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- High school diploma/GED equivalent required
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong problem resolution skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to continuously talk in person or on the phone during shift
