Job Description
Shift Leader supervises fellow coworkers, monitors performance, and ensures compliance with company policies. Performs leadership, management, and organization tasks to ensure team members work efficiently and effectively during their shift.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- High school diploma/GED equivalent required
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong problem resolution skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to continuously talk in person or on the phone during shift
