Requirements
- Experience in a similar position, preferably in a 5* hotel
- Knowledge of air conditioning systems
- Knowledge of ACS (Hot Water) and AFCH (Cold Water) production systems.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electricity, automation, and computer networks.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations, Legionella, and fire protection.
- Knowledge of hotel-specific systems (CCTV, Access Control, Audiovisuals, lighting, etc.)
