We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla, supporting the successful pre-opening and launch, delivering exceptional cleanliness standards, operational excellence, and a caring experience for both guests and colleagues.
Requirements
- University degree or diploma in Hospitality or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Housekeeping Manager (pre-opening experience preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving excellent cleanliness scores
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in cost and productivity management
- Excellent problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and negotiation capabilities
- Ability to lead with care and deliver results in a dynamic environment
