Housekeeping Manager

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla, supporting the successful pre-opening and launch, delivering exceptional cleanliness standards, operational excellence, and a caring experience for both guests and colleagues.

Requirements

• University degree or diploma in Hospitality or related field
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Housekeeping Manager (pre-opening experience preferred)
• Proven track record of achieving excellent cleanliness scores
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in cost and productivity management
• Excellent problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities
• Ability to lead with care and deliver results in a dynamic environment
