Marketing Trainee (Internship)

At Grand Hyatt Barcelona, we are looking for creative, organized, and proactive students to join our Marketing Internship Program. The role offers an exciting opportunity to grow within our Marketing & Communications team, supporting daily marketing activities, and helping to strengthen our brand presence, enhance guest engagement, and ensure consistent communication across all platforms.

Requirements

• Support the organization and execution of events and brand activations
• Create digital and visual content for different hotel departments
• Update and adapt marketing materials
• Participate in the management, execution, and planning of the LinkedIn strategy for the hotel
• Assist in preparing content and supporting digital marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with F&B, Sales, Rooms, Events, and other departments to gather content and information
• Help track engagement, trends, and opportunities across digital platforms
