Restaurant Supervisor

We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Andaz Lisbon. As Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible to assist the Restaurant Manager with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent qualification (preferred)
• Relevant experience in a similar role
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
• Strong conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Budget management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure environments
• Ability to manage supplier relationships
• Experience in hotel openings will be considered an asset
