Job Description
The Players Club Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, developing and maintaining a friendly rapport with customers and staff, and promoting special events and marketing efforts.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Customer service experience
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Skilled in Microsoft Suite and Adobe
- Skilled in customer and guest services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
