Job Description
Full time benefited position. Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Perform personal care and designated health-related services for Home Health and Hospice patients in their homes. Work in the beautiful Lakes Region, helping individuals stay healthy, safe, and independent in the place they call home.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED, accompanied by current New Hampshire LNA license
- One year of recent experience as a Licensed Nursing Assistant
