Job Description
Granite VNA Hospice is seeking an experienced Hospice RN to provide expert hospice admissions and acute, inpatient-level symptom management within a hospital setting.
Requirements
- Licensed RN in New Hampshire (or eligible)
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience (Hospice, palliative care, ICU, ED, oncology, or acute care preferred)
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
