The Granite YMCA is hiring a full-time Site Director to lead our Before and After School Child Care Program onsite at the Concord YMCA. The role oversees day-to-day site operations, ensures compliance with NH Child Care Licensing regulations, and delivers high-quality youth programming during the critical “gap hours” before and after school.
Requirements
- Lead planning, organization, and implementation of daily curriculum and enrichment activities
- Maintain compliance with NH Child Care Licensing requirements and recordkeeping
- Promote YMCA core values and Character Development initiatives
- Supervise, train, and mentor program staff and volunteers
- Build strong partnerships with school administrators, families, and community members
