The Granite YMCA is seeking a Site Director to lead one of our Before and/or Aftercare program sites, overseeing daily program operations, leading a team of staff, and ensuring compliance with YMCA standards and New Hampshire state licensing requirements.
Requirements
- Must meet State of New Hampshire licensing requirements for School Age Childcare Site Director
- CPR/AED and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in youth development, childcare, or school-age programming required
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
