Facility Maintenance Technician

The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, buildings, and utilities in a GMP facility. This role involves operating and maintaining boilers, air conditioning systems, water systems, and other equipment, ensuring compliance with GMP standards. The technician will perform routine maintenance tasks, assist vendors with repairs, and maintain quality documentation.

Requirements

• Safely and effectively maintain all equipment and support systems.
• Operate, maintain, and repair plant utilities (steam boilers, air conditioning, refrigeration, water, etc.).
• Maintain production equipment and perform PMs, repairs, and vendor assistance.
• Maintain PM system development and assess effectiveness.
• Manage material costs, projects, and supplies.
• Maintain appropriate documentation for maintenance department.
• Train employees within the department.
