Job Description
We are seeking a Global Sourcing Manager – Power Equipment to lead sourcing strategy and supplier engagement for critical power infrastructure components supporting Graphcore’s AI compute platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Supply Chain, or related technical field
- 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or technical procurement
- Strong sourcing experience related to power infrastructure or power equipment technologies
- Proven track record negotiating complex supplier agreements
- Ability to translate technical product requirements into commercial sourcing strategies
- Strong financial acumen including cost modeling and total cost of ownership analysis
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
