Job Description
Graphcore is seeking a Global Sourcing Manager - Rack and Mechanicals to lead sourcing strategy and supplier engagement for rack infrastructure and mechanical hardware components supporting Graphcore's AI infrastructure platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Supply Chain, or related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or technical procurement.
- Strong sourcing experience related to rack infrastructure and mechanical hardware components.
- Proven track record negotiating complex supplier agreements.
- Ability to translate technical product requirements into commercial sourcing strategies.
- Strong financial acumen including cost modeling and total cost of ownership analysis.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
