Machine Gluer Operator

Requirements

• Adjusting gluing machines to process flat carton orders
• Maintaining machinery at optimum speed
• Detecting and troubleshooting malfunctions
• Training feeder/catcher trainees
• Performing maintenance duties on gluer machinery
• Maintaining written and electronic records of quality and production
• Setting up and troubleshooting Leary, Mactron, Alpina, and Pafra glue systems
• Teaching and helping fellow operators to troubleshoot problems
