Job description
We are looking for experienced Gluer Operators to join our motivated team in our Folding/Gluing department at our Charlotte, NC plant. The ideal candidate will have experience with setting up, monitoring, and adjusting machines, as well as a strong sense for quality and continuous improvement.
You will support in cleaning machines, give gluer feeder assignments, and assist in job setup. You will also have the opportunity to work with the Leary Gluing system in a packaging manufacturing environment.
