Gluer Operator, 2nd Shift

Role Overview

We are looking for a Gluer Operator to work on our 3rd shift at our facility in Charlotte, NC. The role involves setting up, monitoring, and adjusting the machine as needed, as well as maintaining housekeeping standards and controlling quality and waste.

What You Will Do

The main responsibilities of this role include setting up and monitoring the machine, purging the machine, and maintaining housekeeping standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with BOBST Domino and Media, 6X, Vega, International Royal, and Leary Gluing systems.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years experience working as an operator in a BOBST Domino and Media, 6X, Vega, International Royal
• Previous experience working with a Leary Gluing system in a packaging manufacturing environment
• BOBST set up and run experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude
