Manufacturing Supervisor

Graphic Packaging International is looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to manage production activities, direct and leverage the work of others, and mobilize resources. The role involves planning, directing, and monitoring production to meet established specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a manufacturing leadership role
• Minimum of 3 years manufacturing supervisor experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred) OR extensive work experience in a Production Supervisory role, required in lieu of degree
• Schedule demands include 12-hour day shift or 12-hour night shift, generally includes every other weekend off
