Night Shift - Manufacturing Supervisor

Graphic Packaging International is a leading manufacturer of paperboard and paper-based packaging. The Night Shift - Manufacturing Supervisor will manage or assist with managing various production activities, including planning, directing, and monitoring production to meet established specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or related work experience
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Understanding of operational business practices and ability to coordinate with other areas to improve efficiency
• Ability to supervise and lead a team of entry-level or semi-skilled hourly employees
