Press Operator

Graphic Packaging International is hiring a Press Operator for their Staunton, VA facility. The Press Operator will lead the operation of the press, start-up, shut-down, and day-to-day procedures, while operating in a safe, efficient, and accurate manner.

Requirements

• Responsible for a wide variety of production related tasks
• Verifies and follows production schedules, job specifications and instructions
• Follows quality control procedures to obtain high quality and ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitors all printing and press related processes and makes necessary adjustments
• Performs basic troubleshooting
• Completes job logs, production and quality paperwork
• Provides direction, training, guidance to crew members
• Follows all company safety requirements
• Comply with all company rules and regulations
• Performs other duties as required to achieve the overall goals and objectives of the company
