Carrier Relations Manager

Gravie is seeking a Carrier Relations Manager to manage an assigned Carrier book of business, nurturing existing and establishing new carrier relationships to improve and scale enrollment processes. The role requires a strong strategy and vision, combined with a go-getter attitude, and experience working with insurance carriers as an account manager, sales or business development professional or other relevant position.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience working with insurance carriers
• Strong strategy and vision, combined with a go-getter attitude
• Experience in team building, process improvement and relationship management
• Ability to successfully collaborate with other teams on various carrier-related projects
• Experience with data analysis to develop actionable insights and recommendations
• Ability to effectively communicate with kindness and tact, internally and externally
• Demonstrated success getting results through collaboration
