Senior Manager, Insurance Product Management

Gravie is looking for a Senior Manager, Insurance Product Management to oversee their insurance plan portfolio end-to-end, building a health plan everyone can love. The role requires 5+ years of experience in insurance product management, including experience leading cross-functional planning and release cycles for a health plan product.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in insurance product management
• 5+ years of experience with health insurance, ideally in the commercial segment
• Strong experience driving cross-functional alignment across actuarial, underwriting, compliance, operations, and technology stakeholders
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
