Senior Manager, Product Strategy

Gravie is looking for a Senior Manager, Insurance Product Strategy to manage the insurance product roadmap and lifecycle process, including governance and prioritization initiatives. The role will be responsible for new product features, cross-functional alignment, and market differentiation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in health insurance product management, product operations, or related function
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MPH preferred
• Strong experience driving cross-functional alignment across actuarial, compliance, operations, and technology stakeholders
