Role Overview

As our Account Manager EMESA North, you'll be shaping how the world perceives and adopts the next generation of AI-driven digital experiences. You'll own and grow relationships with key existing customers across the EMEA North, manage overall renewal process, and act as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Strategic Account Management role
• Proven track record of managing enterprise relationships with a strategic lens
• Strong understanding of API management, developer ecosystems, or related technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable navigating technical conversations
• Strong analytical mindset
• Highly organised, proactive, and driven by outcomes
