Job description
As a Technical Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping and executing technical strategies to drive our customers' adoption and use of the Gravitee Platform for globally based companies. You'll serve as the technical champion for all of our customers, representing Gravitee within a customer's environment.
Help customers during their onboarding process, manage top-tier customer projects, ensure constant communication with customers, and establish business value for customers.
