We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Steward/Dishwasher to join our back-of-house team.
Requirements
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware efficiently and thoroughly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area, including dish machines, floors, walls, and sinks.
- Take out trash, recycling, and compost; clean bins as needed.
- Assist with basic kitchen prep or maintenance tasks as requested by the chef team.
- Follow all safety and sanitation standards and comply with health department regulations.
- Work as a team player to support smooth kitchen operations during and after service.
- Alert management to any equipment issues or safety concerns
