Steward/Dishwasher

We're looking for a reliable Steward/Dishwasher to join our back-of-house team, responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation throughout the shift. Requirements

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware efficiently and thoroughly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area, including dish machines, floors, walls, and sinks.
• Take out trash, recycling, and compost; clean bins as needed.
• Assist with basic kitchen prep or maintenance tasks as requested by the chef team.
• Follow all safety and sanitation standards and comply with health department regulations.
