Job Description
The chef de partie assists the chef in executing various tasks entering into the preparation of dishes. He sets up the kitchen, prepares dishes, assembles plates, and ensures the maintenance of the cleanliness of the work spaces.
Requirements
- Diploma in culinary arts or any other relevant training
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the kitchen
- Experience in a hospitality context is a significant asset
- Strong interest in teamwork
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Good communication skills, both in French and in English, both orally and in writing
