Job Description
GrayRobinson has an immediate opening for a full-time Legal Assistant with 5+ years of experience in commercial litigation and/or construction law. The ideal candidate must have exceptional computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under deadlines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial litigation and/or construction law
- Exceptional computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Outlook calendar, etc.)
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to effectively calendar deadlines and court orders
- Effective proofreading and drafting skills
- Demonstrated multitasking
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of civil court procedures and rules of civil procedure
- Ability to work effectively with others under deadlines
- Effective time management and communication skills, both written and oral
- Expertise in e-filing in state and federal courts
