GrayRobinson has an immediate full-time Legal Assistant opening in Boca Raton for a candidate with 10+ years of experience in commercial litigation, providing high-level Legal Assistant and administrative support to multiple attorneys.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in commercial litigation
- Exceptional computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to effectively calendar deadlines and court orders
- Effective proofreading and drafting skills
- Demonstrated multitasking and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of federal and civil court procedures, the rules of civil procedure
- Ability to work effectively with others under deadlines
- Effective time management and communication skills, both written and oral
- Expertise in e-filing in state and federal courts
