Logistics Coordinator

Graza is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the efficient and accurate distribution of products to wholesale partners, identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and scale logistics infrastructure as the business grows.

Requirements

• Manage the flow of customer orders into inventory management and warehouse management systems
• Review customer orders for accuracy, routing, and fulfillment requirements
• Create and manage Bills of Lading (BOLs) and ensure proper documentation
• Perform weekly manual closeout of sales orders
• Gather and maintain LTL freight rates on a monthly basis and provide data to support freight invoice validation
• Create case pack labels and other shipping documentation as needed
• Assist with automation and process improvements across logistics and operations systems
• Support the creation, tracking, and reporting of logistics KPIs
• Collaborate on cost-saving initiatives related to warehousing and freight
• Partner with the Operations team to continuously improve Graza’s logistics processes and infrastructure
• Handle shipping inquiries and resolve delivery issues
