Job Description
National Interstate is seeking a Workers Comp Senior Claims Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 13 years of experience in property and casualty claims handling. The role involves managing complex claims, negotiating settlements, and maintaining accurate claim files. The position is based in Richfield, OH, with a hybrid schedule requiring four days in the office and one day remote.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Risk Management and Insurance, Finance, or a related field
- 13 years of experience in property and casualty claims handling
- Professional designation preferred, such as Associate in Claims (AIC)
