National Interstate is seeking a Workers Comp Senior Claims Specialist to join their team. The individual will work a hybrid schedule, spending four days a week in the Richfield, OH office and one day remotely. The role involves managing complex claims, leading investigations, and negotiating settlements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 13 years of experience in property and casualty claims handling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Risk Management and Insurance, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 13 years of experience in property and casualty claims handling
• Completion of or continuing progress toward a professional designation preferred, such as Associate in Claims (AIC)
