Area Manager - Railroad Services

GBI Railroad Services is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead railroad sales, operational, and administrative efforts within an assigned region in the Intermountain West. This role serves as the senior field and business leader for the area, accountable for operational execution, financial performance, customer relationships, and team development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years in railroad, construction, or industrial operations and/or sales leadership.
• 3+ years with direct P&L responsibility, budgeting, and financial accountability.
