Patient Coordinator

As a Patient Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients visiting or calling the dental office, providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling general administrative tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in using dental practice management software and general office applications
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining patient records and managing financial transactions
