The Patient Coordinator is the first point of contact for patients visiting or calling the dental office, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth operation of the dental practice.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in using dental practice management software and general office applications
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining patient records and managing financial transactions
