Job Description
The Food Safety and Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for supporting the FSQA department, supervising and coordinating activities within the lab, and ensuring the quality of product meets Company expectations and customer requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field
- 2 years of Quality supervision experience
- 2 years of lab experience
- In depth understanding of chemical and physical processes relating to cheese and packaging quality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
