3rd Shift Grinder Helper

The Grinder Helper facilitates the Grinder in maintaining the proper blend of cheese product. The role involves reading blend sheets, sanitizing lines, and practicing good housekeeping of work areas and grinder office.

Requirements

• Read blend sheets and follows instructions that may be given on the blend sheets to standardize blender.
• Scrape any mold found on cheese and deposits mold in detained product tubs.
• Fill out all paperwork completely and correctly including name, production line number and products ran.
• Sanitize lines at start up.
• Perform any assignment or job task according to the stated safety policies and procedures.
• Produce products in a manner that exceeds the quality and value expectation of our customers and consumers by adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices, Policies and Procedures outlined in our Safe Quality Food Program.
