Great Western Dining is a people-oriented company that is seeking a dedicated and reliable Utility Worker to join their team at the State Fair Community College location. The Utility position is responsible for maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils.

Requirements

• Wash dishes or pans by hand or dish machine
• Wash work tables, walls, refrigerators and equipment
• Sweep, mop, clean and vacuum floors
• Remove trash and garbage to designated areas
• Unload grocery deliveries or transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
• Clean equipment and facilities using specific chemicals ensuring safety & sanitary standards
• Comply with all HACCP and safety policies and procedures
